To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all information, documents, list of participants, and memorandum, regarding the April 1998 meeting between US Secretary of State for Education, Richard Riley and Malta's Minister of Education and National Culture, Evarist Bartolo, as well as any and all information regarding the participant in the meeting, Dr. Joseph Mifsud, (Head of Department of Primary Education, Faculty of Education, University of Malta).
04/17/1998: Minister Evarist Bartolo to visit educational institutions in Philadelphia
"The visit will take place from Monday, April 21st. He will be accompanied by Dr. Joseph Mifsud, Head of Department of Primary Education, Faculty of Education, University of Malta."
04/25/1998: Minister of Education and National Culture meets US Secretary of Education
"Dr. Mark Anthony Micallef, Malta's Ambassador to the United States, Dr. Joseph Mifsud, University of Malt and Dr. Christine Johnston, Rowan University also attended the meeting."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
