Any and all information, documents, list of participants, and memorandum, regarding the April 1998 meeting between US Secretary of State for Education, Richard Riley and Malta's Minister of Education and National Culture, Evarist Bartolo, as well as any and all information regarding the participant in the meeting, Dr. Joseph Mifsud, (Head of Department of Primary Education, Faculty of Education, University of Malta).
