Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any OIG Documents on How Many Alleged "Fraud on the Court" Schemes (federal and state courts) the DOJ/FBI in Maryland, Florida, Washington D.C. & Virginia used to protect the Business and/or Financial and/or Personal Interest of Charles Richard Longo Sr. and his Associate Gilbert Sapperstein, Longo had an estimated 2000 victims in MD., D.C., and Virginia involving an estimated $12 million in student loans, and Sapperstein was busy stealing & laundering an estimated $3.5 million from Baltimore School Board early 1990's to 2003.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
