Any FBI Investigation Into Former Maryland Attorney General, Curran Jr. and Gansler

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any FBI documents of any investigation to determine if the former Maryland Attorney General, Joseph Curran Jr. and/or former Maryland Attorney General, Douglas Gansler had any alleged personal and/or political alleged ties to white collar criminals and/or organized crime and/or any allegations Joseph Curran Jr. and/or Doug Gansler were using the Maryland Attorney General's Office to protect, promote, or pander to alleged law breakers.

I agree to pay reasonable fees. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This case is in the "Public Interest" Joseph Curran Jr. and Douglas Gansler, as the Maryland Attorney General, were the top state law enforcement officials in the State.

Any questions about their alleged ties to white collar criminals or organized crime should be thoroughly investigated.

This is only a snapshot

There are allegations that that Curran & Gansler had alleged personal and/or political ties to a Gilbert & Mark Cary Sapperstein and that any time the Sapperstein's need protection for their alleged criminal activities first Curran and/or his agency would step up and protect Sappersteiin's and then Gansler.

I would highly recommend that the FBI question the following FBI employees as to how Gilbert Sapperstein managed to steal and launder $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board over a 10 year period of time while he and his associates were under alleged investigations by the DOJ, FBI, IRS, SEC, etc.

You can start by questioning the following so-called FBI Special agents :
Marina Murphy (creator of the cut & paste newspaper clippings FBI investigative file on the Anne Arundel Economic Development Council)
Dave Midura (co-creator of the cut & paste newspaper clippings FBI investigative file on the Anne Arundel Economic Development Council)
Dave Rodden
Hector Pasquera
Gary Favita
Constantine Golvatny
Michael McBride
Chuck Wilcox
Kit Wilcox (allegedly)
John Krall

And don't forget the 2011 scheme in which Mark Cary Sapperstein and an Edward Ko conjured up a scheme to steal or silence Stone's website www.marylandcorruption.com in which Mark Cary Sapperstein using an unsigned criminal complaint against Florida resident Donald Stone had Douglas Gansler's Maryland Attorney General threaten Stone with serious consequences if he didn't capitulate to Sapperstein's threats and shut down his intellectual property www.marylandcorruption.com

The FBI in Tallahassee can obtain complete documents on this particular Sapperstein/Gansler scheme by obtaining a copy of the criminal complaint Donald Stone filed against Mark Cary Sapperstein, Edward Ko, and MD. Attorney General Douglas Gansler with the Florida Attorney General, Pamela Bondi and the head of the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement.

And then the fact that Curran's former head of his Criminal Investigation Div. Lynne Battaglia (rotated out and became U.S. Attorney for Maryland in the early 1990's) just happen to coincide with the alleged Gilbert and Mark Sapperstein's more sophisticated crimes such as the theft of intellectual property, bank fraud etc. fueled with the money Gilbert was stealing from the Baltimore School Board.

And the fact that U.S. Attorney for Maryland, Battaglia (Curran's crony) and her Chief of White Collar Crimes, Dale Kelberman and 4 other top level DOJ lawyers were caught lying trying to white wash the criminal activities of Charles Richard Longo Sr. as a business dispute or a civil matter should be sufficient to clarify exactly what is going on at the DOJ and Maryland Attorney General's office under Curran & Gansler.

I personally agree 110% with the Honorable Judge Kevin Thomas Duffy on federal prosecutors caught lying remain liars for the rest of their lives (which most certainly would also apply equally to FBI agents).

Other than this snapshot the FBI have already been provided numerous documents with annotations by Donald Stone especially detailing the love/hate relationship William F. Howard had with his buddy Charles Richard Longo Sr. as demonstrated by the transcripts of Longo's Shippers Choice bankruptcy 341 meeting on or about Jan. & Feb. 1995 prior to Howard falsifying his above referenced affidavit.
