Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Greetings. I request, for the time period of FY 2014 to the date you conduct your search: (1) Any reports, studies, memos, emails, or other such records discussing the relative allocation of resources between investigations and prosecutions of people associated with Antifa, on the one hand, and white supremacy/nationalist groups, on the other; (2) the year-initiated or similar field from any records identifying any investigation of Antifa or anyone associated with it; (3) the year-initiated or similar field from any records identifying any investigation of any white supremacy/nationalist groups or anyone associated with them; (4) budget information for any efforts to investigate or prosecute Antifa or people associated with it; (5) budget information for any efforts to investigate or prosecute white supremacy groups or people associated with it; (6) the organizational chart, without names, of any task force or other unit tasked with investigating or prosecuting Antifa or people associated with it; (7) the organizational chart, without names, or any task force or other unit tasked with investigating or prosecuting any white supremacy/nationalist groups or anyone associated with them; (8) for all hate crime investigations or prosecution, records sufficient to identify the protected class of the actual or potential victim.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
