To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Files mentioning or relating to the Anonymous movement or hacking collectives.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
There are eFOIA files available for you to download.
I am appealing the integrity of the response in its entirety, as no search was actually performed. For the Bureau to take six months to provide fewer than two dozen preprocessed pages is inappropriate to put it mildly, and a violation of statute and case law to put it bluntly.
This message is to notify you of a new appeal submission to the FOIAonline application. Appeal information is as follows:
* Appeal Tracking Number: DOJ-AP-2020-001103
* Request Tracking Number: FBI-Appeal-11-22-2019
* Requester Name: Emma Best
* Date Submitted: 11/22/2019
* Appeal Status: Submitted
DOJ-AP-2020-001103 has been processed with the following final disposition: Affirmed on Appeal.
Given the nature of this request, some records are only being released to you as the requester. If you have an account in FOIAonline, you may access those records by [FOIAONLINE_HOME]. Otherwise, those responsive records will be sent via the method agreed upon with the FOIA processor.
