Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records of Bird Strikes between the years of 2004 and 2020 that resulted in sample collection (often referred to as "snarge") that have resulted in anomalous results that can not be linked to known bird species or other airborne capable animals; as well as, anomalous material and meta-material.

Any bird strike incidents that pilots, crew, and/or ground based personel associated with Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, UAP, UFO, or Anomalous Airborne Activity.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This email regards the FOIA request you submitted to the FAA regarding bird strikes between 2004 and 2020. This information is available at the FAA public website https://wildlife.faa.gov/home. You can search the database by state using the dates you are seeking. I did enter the dates 2004 to 2020 for the state of Texas which resulted in 17,683 entries.

If you find incidents where you would like additional records, you may submit another FOIA request for those incidents. The data base states that you can export to excel to see all fields. You may then search for key words to find the incidents you seek.

Because you are seeking records that are available on a public website, no further action will be taken regarding your request.
