A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Anne Russ Federman, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on September 21, 2018 under the headline "Anne Russ Federman, Scion of a Royal Family of Smoked Fish, Dies at 97". Please see attached PDF copy of that obituary, which may also be found at https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/21/obituaries/anne-russ-federman-dies.html.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
