Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records pertinent to complaints involving the broadcasting of "anime", otherwise known as cartoons originating from the country of Japan, on US television stations, including those on cable and/or satellite networks in the US, as the FCC is the communications regulator in this jurisdiction.

It is understood that any personal information is considered exempt from disclosure under the sixth exemption of the Freedom of Information Act, and should be redacted accordingly.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
