Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Andy Daly from January 1, 2013 to June 1, 2019 containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings:
"EB-5" or "Whistleblower"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

As the custodian of records for the Town of Vail, I write in response to your request to inspect records pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. § 24-72-200.1, et seq. ("CORA"), dated June 18, 2015.
The Town will review your request and estimate the number of hours of dedicated research and retrieval time to produce the non-privileged, non-confidential documents in the Town's custody and control which are responsive to your request. The Town charges a rate of $30.00 per hour for research and retrieval, with the first hour free of charge.
We will reach out with this information in the next day or so.
Once we've estimated the time and costs involved with the request, we will respond with that information. If the time spent to retrieve such records is less than one hour, we will provide the documents. If the time required to compile the documents is great than one hour, we will provide an estimate and costs. There will be a deposit required and once that is received, the Town will then complete the research and retrieval process. Upon receipt of final payment the town will release all non-privileged, non-confidential records.
