This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
1. Communications, records, or documents exchanged between staff of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Andrew Siff, lobbyist of Siff & Associates PLLC since January 1, 2017 until present;
2. Communications, records, or documents received or sent by staff of the DOT related to the 7/17/17 Siff & Associates PLLC Lobbying Disclosure form (attached) containing the following terms: "social cost", "carbon", "Department of Transportation's regulatory review", "Executive Order 13777", "Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda", "ams@scllaw.com";
3. Communications, records, or documents received or sent by staff of the DOT related to the 10/13/17 Siff & Associates PLLC Lobbying Disclosure form (attached) containing the following terms: "cost-benefit analysis", "rulemakings", "greenhouse gas", "emissions", "vehicles", "ams@scllaw.com".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
