Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Andre Blay, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on September 13, 2018 under the headline "Andre Blay, Who Put Movies on Videotape, Is Dead at 81".
