Any written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Amy Lueders, the former BLM state director in New Mexico, that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "Red River", "Domenech", "Benedetto", "Texas Public Policy Foundation" and/or "TPPF". This request seeks records that concern the lawsuit between the BLM and private property owners who live along the Red River in Texas.

This request seeks records produced between January 20, 2017 and August 1, 2017.

I am a reporter for The Guardian.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your inquiry. We once again submitted this to our Headquarters Office. They asked us to resubmit the request since Amy Lueders is no longer with BLM. They stated it would take approximately 2 weeks to process the request. Once we receive it, we can then determine how long it would take us to review the request and provide a final response.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay. The FOIA Officer position has been vacant since December. We are working diligently to get the position filled and have someone on board full time within the next month.
