The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of November 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On August 4th you wrote that you were still waiting for, "these and the other board meeting minutes to be signed." Over four months has now passed since this message and I have to wonder what the delay could be.
If possible can you please provide tell me what the reason or the delay with this and the other FOIA requests that have been outstanding now for many many months and when you expect to release this requested information?
By the way, this morning I turned off all off the "automatic follow up" feature on the Muckrock platform for each of the open requests. Having given this some thought I can't imagine that it is overly helpful to have the system send out automatic reminders, considering the number of outstanding requests that exist.
