The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of May 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This request was for the Agendas and the Minutes for any Board of Directors Meeting held in May 2022.
The zipped file that was sent to me on or about September 22, 2022 did not include the agenda for the Plenary Meetings of the Board that were held on May 18th & 19th, 2022.
With this request I ask that you please send me these agenda for these meetings as I requested.
By now your office must know that every request that I submit is for both the agendas and minutes of each board meeting. It was save me, and your office, a lot of time if you would please take care to send both the agenda and the minutes with each reply.
