The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of May 2021.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for providing the meeting agenda for the meetings of the Board of Directors (BOD) that were held May 20 & 21, 2021 as well as the minutes of the BOD committee meetings that were held on the 20th.
What has not been provided are the minutes of the plenary meetings for the Board of Directors that were held on May 20 & 21, 2021.
Since this information has not yet been provided I ask that the status of this FOIA request be changed from Closed to Active in your system and that you please provide me with these minutes at your earliest convenience.
