The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of March 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We have sent a FOIA search request to the appropriate department for a response to your request. The quoted date of June 28, 2019 (in the acknowledgement letter) for you to receive a response was an estimate. Our reply to your request is based on how soon we receive the documents and review them for any FOIA exemptions. As soon as we receive the information you are requesting, we will respond.

I am writing to your office regarding FOIA Request #19-FOI-00134.
In your letter to me dated May 28, 2019 your office estimated that my request would be responded to on June 28, 2019. We are now about four weeks past the estimated response date [for this request] so I am today writing to inquire regarding the status of my request, which I can confirm I have not received.
If the requested material is not yet available I would ask that you please provide me with a revised estimated response date.
