The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of July 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for providing the minutes of the plenary meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) on July 22, 2021 and the as well as the minutes of the BOD committee meetings that were held on the July 21, 2022.
What has not been provided was the agenda for the plenary meeting(s) of the BOD in July 2022, in particular the plenary meeting that was held on July 22, 2021 and possibility also on July 21, 20221
Since this FOIA request is not yet complete I ask that the status of this FOIA request be changed from "Closed" to "Active" in your system and that you please provide me with these requests agenda(s) at your earliest convenience.
