The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of February 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

My request for a copy of Amtrak Bylaws was submitted on 11/16/2020 and was referenced as 21-FOI-00013. Your office responded to this request with a full and unredacted copy of the bylaws on or about 4/6/2021.
On 5/6/2022 you sent me a copy of Amtrak's Bylaws again but this time the reply came referenced (by the Amtrak Portal) as 22-FOI-00112, which was my request for a copy of Board of Director Agendas and Minutes for February 2022.
With this message I would like to ask that you please confirm that my request 22-FOI-00112 is still active on your side.
