The agenda and minutes for any meeting of Amtrak's Board of Directors that occurred during the month of December 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

My records indicate that my request on November 14, 20201 for the Agendas and Minutes for the Amtrak Board of Directors meetings in December 2020 has not yet been acknowledged by your office.

I mention this because I see that you have already acknowledged all of my other requests for Agendas and Minutes at the Amtrak Board meetings that were held during all of the other calendar months in 2020, and most of the calendar months in 2021.

With this message I request that you assign a tracking number to this Request and that you send me an Acknowledgement letter at your earliest convenience.
