Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Information sent to the Entertainment Software Rating Board to get the age rating for the video game America's Army: Proving Grounds. Information received from the Entertainment Software Rating Board about the game's age rating. Email to and from Entertainment Software Rating Board regarding the game's age rating. If there are video file, release it as is without changing it.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I have once again reviewed AvMC FOIA historical files and I do not find any record of the referenced case being referred to AvMC for processing. Can you please provide documents and/or email communication from your files to support that this case was referred to AvMC or if you wish, send the request again to this office and I will initiate the AvMC FOIA process.

This is the correct email for the Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (DEVCOM AvMC) FOIA Office. If you would like to submit a request, please feel free to do so at this address. As I stated earlier, I have searched our records and find no record of receiving a request and/or processing a case on this referenced subject. We are more than willing to assist, but to date, I have not received any emails from you to assist us in the search and without proof, the only record of the request is this current communication. Again, if you wish to submit an official request, please do so at this address and we will start the process.
