The records that I am seeking include: All disseminated verbatim transcripts that were obtained by eavesdropping or surveilling Elizabeth Gibbons. These verbatim transcripts have been obtained since eavesdropping started during the first half of 2013 and continued into 2017. This eavesdropping was accomplished through listening devices commonly referred to as "bugs" placed in private residences in both Wisconsin (by the Appleton Police Department) and in Arizona (by the landlord Craig Olson), and through eavesdropping via electronic devices including: all of Elizabeth's and her immediate family member's private cell phones, private laptops, and private vehicle systems. These records are most likely to be located for access through the Office of Operations Coordination.

The records sought include: All disseminated verbatim quotes that were obtained by eavesdropping on or electronically surveilling Elizabeth Gibbons. These quotes were disseminated through/to superiors and peers at: Affinity Nurse Direct in Appleton, WI, the Appleton Police Department, and the Department of Homeland Security. The eavesdropping started during the first half of 2013 (in approximately April or May) and continued (in WI) into February 2015 (Elizabeth moved to Arizona in February 2015). This eavesdropping was accomplished two ways: through listening devices commonly referred to as "bugs" (which was placed in Elizabeth's private residence located at 1707 S. Peabody St, Appleton, WI by an Appleton Police Department officer in approximately April/May 2013) and through eavesdropping via electronic devices including: all of Elizabeth's and her immediate family member's private cell phones, private laptops, and private vehicle systems. These records are most likely to be located for access through the Office of Operations Coordination.
