This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting documents relating to investigation "Alleged Destruction of Videotapes - 9/11 Commission," number 2008-9114-IG. I am requesting any and all memos and correspondence sent within the office of the inspector general regarding this investigation, as well as any correspondence sent between the office of the inspector general, subjects of the investigation, other Federal agencies and other sections of the CIA. Additionally, I am requesting any and all attachments and photos that were added to the investigation documents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. These documents will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and technology news website (www.motherboard.vice.com)

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request and I request that this be processed under the "media" fee category. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
