All reports of information/assistance refused to SIGAR

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All reports of refused assistance/information made to the Secretary of State or the Secretary of Defense by the Special Inspector General of Afghanistan Reconstruction, as allowed for by 122 Stat. 3 Public Law 110-181 Sec. 1229 (g)(5)(B), which states:

"Whenever information or assistance requested by the Inspector General is, in the judgment of the Inspector General, unreasonably refused or not provided, the Inspector General shall report the circumstances to the Secretary of State or the Secretary of Defense, as appropriate, and to the appropriate congressional committee without delay."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
