I am requesting any and all records pertaining to myself, Daniel Cullen from 1/1/1979-2/15/21.
It would be appreciated if your office could search for responsive materials in all main databases, as well as all ancillary and cross-reference databases. I would like records checked from 2003 to the current day. Is it possible to check for any other addresses I may not know about? I have been the victim of identity theft multiple times.
