To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to { FOIA }, I hereby request the following records:

All DOJ documents that pertain to the two Baltimore FBI Memorandum's dated 2/1/95 and 3/24/95 (See Attachment) including, but, not limited to any "rounded out allegations" that are mentioned in the hand written notes in the lower bottom left hand side of the 2/1/95 memorandum concerning Charles Richard Longo Sr. (deceased 2011) known associate of Gilbert Sapperstein (deceased 2016).
These documents help fill in some blanks in a time line of Longo and Sapperstein's association and activities in the early days of Sapperstein's theft of the approx. $3.5 million from Baltimore School Board from early 1990's to 2003.

It's possible that the FBI was dealing with Dale Kelberman, Chief of White Collar Crimes, USDOJ Maryland, as Kelberman was present at a Sept. 1994 meeting discussing allegations of multiple federal felony offenses concerning Longo and certain of his associates.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

I agree to pay reasonable fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

{ Donald Stone }
