I'm writing to appeal the Department of Education Office of Civil Rights' ("OCR") constructive denial of my Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request.

On Jan. 27, 2017, I sent a FOIA request to OCR@ed.gov for "all lists of pending Title IX sexual violence investigations at post-secondary institutions released by the Office of Civil Rights from May 1, 2014, to the date your office processes this request, inclusive.
