Donald Stone hereby request the following records:

Any and all FBI files or documents on Gilbert Sapperstein (Deceased 2016) http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/baltimoresun/obituary.aspx?pid=181121120

Gilbert Sapperstein and his son Mark Cary Sapperstein, were all known associates of Charles Richard Longo Sr., Hal P. Glick, Bruce A. Moore, Robert Warfield Sr.,
Gregory M. Burgee, John Frische, Bruce A. Moore, Bruff J. Procter, Richard Collins, Regan Smith,Joseph Harrison Jr. and alleged associates, two Worcester County Circuit Court judges, Theodore Eschenburg and Thomas Groton in Snow Hill, MD.

Gilbert Sapperstein was known primarily to operate out of the State of Maryland with a secondary base of operations in the State of Florida.

The Requestor, Donald Stone ask that the following FBI field offices in Maryland,Florida, and D.C. be searched (but not limited to) for information on Gilbert Sapperstein: Baltimore, Annapolis, Salisbury, Frederick (Maryland) FBI headquarters Washington D.C. and Florida FBI offices in; Miami, West Palm Beach, Ft. Pierce, Tampa, Sarasota, and Tallahassee.

FBI agents in Maryland and Florida that are alleged to have possible knowledge of Gilbert Sapperstein in Maryland, Marina Murphy, Dave Midura, and in Florida, George Piro, Hector Pasquera, Gary Favita, Kit Wicox, Constantine Golvatny, Michael McBride, and Chuck Wilcox.

These documents are requested in an effort to sort out the allegations of how/why Gilbert Sapperstein managed to steal an estimated $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board over approx. 10 years early 1990's to 2003 while allegedly under investigation by the FBI in D.C. , Maryland, and Florida

I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

Estimated Dates of Completion
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received through our multi-track processing system.
