To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All DOJ files pertaining to Donald David Stone and/or mention the name Donald David Stone or any version of this name pertaining to the requester and/or the intellectual property of Donald Stone.

The chemical patents Stone invented , visits by DOJ or mentions of Stone's other intellectual properties, the website owned and maintained by Donald Stone, www.marylandcorruption.com, and any DOJ searches or visits to the two domain names owned by Stone, www.dojcorruption.com and www.fbicorruption.com.

Any DOJ documents that pertain to Donald Stone Investments Incorporated or Donald Stone Industries Incorporated.

All complaints filed by Donald Stone with any division of the DOJ concerning the alleged criminal activities of Gilbert Sapperstein, Charles Richard Longo, Sr. and/or any of their known associates in Maryland, D.C., Florida, Virginia, etc.

Any correspondence between DOJ and FBI, FOIA Division Chief, David M. Hardy concerning Stone's many FOIA DOJ/FBI requests that have either gone unanswered are only partially complied with, particularly the most recent DOJ/FBI politically sensitive FOIA requests pertaining to Deputy US Atty. General, Rod Rosenstein's former boss and colleagues from the Maryland US Attorney's office, Lynne Battaglia, her Chief of White Collar Crimes, Dale Kellerman and FBI agent, Marina Murphy,

To also include all letters to the FBI by Stone that might have been passed on to the DOJ and/or the DOJ control over any FBI 302 reports pertaining directly or indirectly to Stone. Including the FBI 302 report of an interview Stone had requested from FBI Headquarters in D.C. and had been approved by FBI headquarters which took place at the West Palm Beach FBI field office on or about April 2001.

Searches are to be conducted at DOJ headquarters in DC, DOJ/FBI Maryland, DOJ/FBI bankruptcy trustee offices in Maryland, Virginia, and in the Southern District of Florida, particularly the Miami West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce DOJ offices.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
