Please provide all DOJ documents pertaining to the DOJ investigation of former U.S. Attorney for Maryland, Lynne Battaglia (Rod Rosenstein's former boss) involving the allegations that Battaglia destroyed evidence and leaked secret grand jury testimony in order to sustain misconduct and criminal allegations against a state trooper. (See Attached The Washington Times article, June 15, 2001) The yellow hi-lites in attachment are those of the requester.

This request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
