The DOJ publishes FTCA tort claims procedures for automobile accidents but I cannot find any instructions for the filing or processing of FTCA claims procedures for violations of 28 CFR Part 20 and 28 CFR 50.2. Please send all DOJ documents concerning DOJ FTCA tort claims procedure for violations of 28 CFR 20 and 28 CFR 50.2
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
