To whom this may concern,

In relation to In relation to COW2017001481.

I appeal this decision, the media, Kushner Co's, KABR Group, and numerous others have acknowledged that these documents exist. Specifically, the regional center, USIF (US Immigration Fund) was the sponsoring regional center and submitted a number of documents to get I-526 exemplar approval for the project. This project was marketed in partnership with QiaoWai immigration consultants, who also stated that the project has received I-526 exemplar approval. To obtain I-526 exemplar approval, a business plan portion of the standard I-526 petition must be submitted.

As well as the attached records showing USIF/QiaoWai marketing the EB-5 project. I have reason to believe these documents exist. Given such, I request you search for the records using the guidance below:

Search for all EB-5 projects or applications that are under the purview of the United States Immigration Fund Regional Center (USIF): U.S. Immigration Fund - NY ID1214350657, U.S. Immigration Fund - NJ, LLC ID1236250925, U.S. Immigration Recovery Fund NY, LLC ID1307951111

Within the files associated with these regional centers, conduct a search for any and all I-526 petitions (exemplar or not), email correspondence, and petitions that mention 1 Journal Square or similar material that relates to the project referenced in the above media links.
