This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This request is for all documents related to Permit #13-1563 which was requested by a group called the "2 Million Bikers to DC". This permit request was for a non stop bike ride that was to take place in and around the National Mall on September 11th, 2013. This should include all email correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, call transcripts, meeting transcripts and minutes, etc. related to this permit request.
This should include all information available for the Conference Call of Sep 5th, 2013 (from 12pm to 1pm), organized by Sheila Gotha, which was hosted in the "Permits Management Office -900 Ohio Dr,, SW / NPS-NAMA Annex 2 Lage Conference Room".

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

referenced Carol Johnson, so it appears this was handled by NCR and not by
US Park Police. So I'm routing it to you for processing. Let me know,
however, if it turns out that USPP have to search for records as well.
