All details of Vincent Devito's meeting with "investors" regarding offshore royalty rates

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

In a speech to Americans for Prosperity on August 19th, Vincent DeVito said: "Well the royalty rates were kind of on par with … land based production, with about 18.5% so we did some analysis and made a responsible decision to lower the royalty rates to about 12.5%. But before we did that, we met with the investors and were like ‘Listen, if we do this, will you participate?"

I am requesting all details of this meeting with investors, including a list of participants, invite lists, documents from the meeting, location, etc.

According to Mr. DeVito this meeting took place before August 16th. Please search your records accordingly.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
