Mr. Craven,
I am working on your request below, however, I am emailing you asking if you would be willing to eliminate the word "VA" as one of your key words. As it stands now I have 8,015 emails to review based on portions of "VA" either in the email address or the organization. That being said, all emails would be considered responsive, however, we know you are looking for specific records. If you would be willing to narrow the scope of your key words to "Trump", "accountability", "choice" and "Russia" as stated in your request below. In doing so will assist the VA in providing you the documents you seek instead of documents that has no interest to you. Please respond within 30 days of the date of this email. Your request will be tolled until which time you respond.
Sincerely,
Jacqueline (Jackie) Short

Jacqueline,
I hereby authorize you to remove "VA" from the search terms. Is it possible to replace "VA" with "Mission"? The act was not on my radar when I filed this, but am now interested in seeing communications related to the VA Mission Act.
Thanks so much for your diligent work on this.
