This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent to or received by the FCC to/from Benny@ijr.com, Benny Johnson, Phil Wolf, and/or Dan Ardura mentioning or relating to the Ajit Pai reads mean tweets on net neutrality project (http://ijr.com/2017/05/871504-fcc-chairman-ajit-pai-reads-troll-tweets). All emails sent to or received by the FCC to/from email addresses from the domain “@ijr.com” mentioning or relating to the Ajit Pai reads mean tweets on net neutrality project.

Any and all proposed scripts, .pdf files, presentations, memos, budgets, or other proposal documents for the Ajit Pai reads mean tweets on net neutrality project. Any "outtake" videos, production notes, raw footage, or proposed edits shared with the FCC by the Independent Journal Review.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. They will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, and I ask that this be processed in the "media" fee category. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Jason Koebler

Were the emails of his staff (https://www.fcc.gov/about/leadership/ajit-pai?qt-leadership_tabs=1#qt-leadership_tabs) and the emails of anyone who worked on this specific project searched as requested? This is a narrow request referring to a very specific project.
From: Ryan Yates
As part of the search, we asked all staff in the Office of the Chairman to search for any responsive records, which would have included anyone in the office who worked on the project. No records were located.
