Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A Department of Defense contract announcement dated August 9, 2019 states the following
"Radiant Geospatial Solutions LLC,* Ypsilanti, Michigan, has been awarded a $14,226,474 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Red Wing Next Generation Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Cloud. The objective of this effort is to deliver an automated and efficient workflow for National System of GEOINT analysis by reducing latency for product generation, exploitation and intelligence gathering. This effort will expand the use of Amazon managed services through careful assessment of emerging offerings with the goal of improving resiliency, reducing cost and reducing exposure to cyber threats. Work will be performed at Ypsilanti, Michigan; and Herndon, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 7, 2021. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. Fiscal 2019 research, development, test and evaluation in the amount of $3,713,188 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, New York, is the contracting activity (FA8750-19-C-1502)."

Therefore, I hereby request the following records:
- A copy of any Memorandums of Understanding, Cooperative Agreements, Letters of Intent, or other contractual documents that relate to contract FA8750-19-C-1502.
- Any cost, pricing, financial, or quotation documents that relate to the Radiant Geospatial Solutions contract.
- Documents related to the organization of the Radiant Geospatial Solutions contract, which may include presolicitation documents, combined synopsis/solicitation documents, source-seeking ("sources sought") documents, modification/amendment documents, special notice documents, award notice documents, justification and approval documents, intent to bundle requirements (DoD-funded) documents, and fair opportunity/limited sources justification documents.
- A copy of any validation studies that relate to the Radiant Geospatial Solutions contract.
- A copy of any instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), and other guidance materials that supplement or explain contract the Radiant Geospatial Solutions contract.
- A copy of any privacy impact assessments, use policies, standard operating procedures, data retention policies, legal opinions, warranties, non-disclosure agreements, contracts, liability waivers, insurance agreements that relate to contract the Radiant Geospatial Solutions contract.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE’s science and technology website (www.motherboard.vice.com).
