Please clarify the records you are seeking. What do you mean by "agency-wide?"

My apologies for not being more clear in my initial request! I am requesting any emails sent to all staff — for example, emails to an all-staff list or emails on which all staff were copied. Does that clarify what I'm looking for?

Thanks for your help!

Best,
Joshua

Re: PCLOB FOIA 2017-013

Mr. Eaton:

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. As we discussed, I am sending this email to confirm what we discussed regarding scoping your request (below).

As I mentioned, I have conducted an initial search an identified categories of potentially responsive records, though I have not begun processing them. The categories include topics such as reminders to fill out timecards, daily news headlines, plans to have lunch delivered to the office, and changes to our phone system. You explained that you do not wish to receive these categories of information. Rather you are seeking directives or other substantive memos to the entire PCLOB staff. You also are seeking information related to, but not exclusively about, the presidential transition. In short, substance, not logistics.

Please let me know if this accurately reflects your understanding of the revised/clarified scope of your request.

I will begin processing any potentially responsive records.

Thank you,

Mason
