Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
According to: https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/budget-fy2020.pdf - the Office of the General Counsel requested one additional staff member for FY 2020 to address a critical need to advise the Office of the Whistleblower on complex issues that arise in administering the program and to review all recommendations from the office.
I would like to obtain any documents, records, memos, or correspondence that provide further detail on the job responsibility, role, requirements, and other information about the additional staff member, including but not limited to:
1.) The additional staff member's title;
2.) The additional staff member's pay rank;
3.) The additional staff member's office location (HQ or Regional Office);
4.) Any job description or job responsibility documents used both internally and for recruiting candidates;
5.) Whether this additional staff member will be part of the Office of the General Counsel, the Whistleblower Office, or more generally, the Enforcement Division.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
