This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Count of markings in the complete IC security markings register database maintained by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)/Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO). This is also to include distinct markings entities within the "Intelligence Community Markings System - Register and Manual" produced by the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive (ONCIX), Special Security Directorate (SSD), Security Markings Program (SMP). Please provide a total count of all markings by year. Please also include a count of the public markings along with complete count. Thank you!

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.
