This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All audio and video recordings from the AC-130 aircraft responsible for the strike on a civilian hospital in the city of Kunduz, Afghanistan on October 3, 2015 on or about 0208h local time. Please limit the search to recordings captured from 0000h to 0600h on the date of the strike.

This incident was widely reported in the news media:

The existence of such recordings has already been acknowledged by the Pentagon. Both Gen. Campbell and the White House have repeatedly promised a full and transparent investigation.
