FOIA APPEAL
FOIA CASE NUMBER 100186

I am appealing the integrity of the search as we do not know if a search was even preformed. Information related to Abdulrahman al-Awlaki is pertinent to the American people as he was an American killed by a drone strike by his own government in 2011. The potential witholding of records does a disservice to the American public and is against the very values of this great nation. Abdulrahman was never (as far as the public is aware) involved in terrorism (as his father was) and was only 16 years old at the time of his death. The release of information is important to the American public and holding elected leaders accountable.

I am requesting a search be conducted and knowing how many (if any) responsive records there are.
