Good afternoon Ms. Best,
The Civil Division received your below FOIA request for emails to or from AAG Hunt containing the word "ANONYMOUS" or " HACHETTE." In order to save both time and resources, we were reaching out to see if you would be interested in narrowing the scope of your request to the emails containing either of those words, which relate to or reference the book "A Warning" by Anonymous. This would assist in the search for responsive emails if you narrowed the scope to emails related to the book.
Please let me know if this is something you are amenable to.
Thank you,
Elizabeth

Good morning Ms. Best,
I am nearing the completion of review of responsive documents for your FOIA request. I wanted to reach out to see if you would be willing to exclude certain types of documents to speed up the review process. Would you be willing to exclude public news articles and daily news listings (those sent from NY Times or news agencies based on subscription services), emails to employees asking them to complete surveys and that their input would remain "anonymous", bar membership emails to complete surveys and that input would remain "anonymous", public court filings, and emails from schools asking for anonymous donations?
Please let me know if you are willing to exclude such emails as it will significantly speed up the review process.
Thank you,
Elizabeth
