Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A Complete Unredacted Copy of the Telephone Interview Conducted by MD. AUSA George Russell III of Florida Resident, Donald Stone on or about early 1995.

This interview was possibly being conducted to help the DOJ in preparation for federal grand jury indictments against Longo for alleged Bankruptcy Fraud schemes according to the two Baltimore FBI 302 reports of interviews dated 2/1/95 and 3/24/95 alleged to be that of William F. Howard and/or a Joel Sher, Trustee for Longo's bankrupt, Shippers Choice Inc.

Stone would also like any documents that would indicate whether or not he would be allowed to testify as a witness against Longo, Sapperstein and his associates in any federal prosecution involving their numerous alleged federal bankruptcy fraud schemes.

*Please Note: The attached FBI 302 Red annotations are allegations and the personal notes of Donald Stone and the names in the FBI redacted boxes are the names alleged by Stone to be those in the FBI interviews.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
