I am appealing this decision to reject my FOIA request because I believe this was done to try to not have to comply with federal disclosure requirements. This was rejected almost immediately and I think federal agencies sometimes reject all requests, in the hopes that the filer will give up and not appeal the decision.

We know that National Security is often erroneously cited as a blanket cover for not having to disclose pertinent but perhaps embarrassing information to the general public.

The FOIA # is 111608, this is not a broad request, it is very limited in scope and should be quite easy to comply with.

A fix is required to perfect the request.
