======================================================

Good Morning Ms. Best,

As is your request is "unreasonably described" and "unreasonably burdensome". Currently, your request requires a search for 50 keywords, across multiple offices with a year and a half timeframe related to email correspondence. The FOIA was not intended to allow requesters to conduct "fishing expeditions" through agency files. We are happy to work with you to negotiate narrowing the scope such as, limiting the number of keywords, timeframe, or narrowing to specific individuals. If we cannot come to an agreement on a narrowed scope, NGA will have to deny your FOIA request on the bases of your request being improper. Thank you for your time. We look forward to working with you.

Respectfully,

Ms. Tiffany Richardson
FOIA/PA Team Lead / Information Security Specialist
Office of Security, NGA FOIA/PA Requester Service Center
