Great! May I have an estimated completion date, as you are required to give by law? You have only told me the size of the backlog - which is now longer than when I filed the request other three years ago.

Greetings,

Sorry for the delay but, due to the pandemic we are backlogged. Estimated completion date: 9-12 months. Please check back in 3 months your request should be with an analyst by that time. We will make every effort to process your request as soon as possible and solicit your patience and understanding.

With Warm Regards,
DIA FOIA TEAM

From: Emma North-Best

Thanks for the response. I filed this well before the pandemic, though, and you went three years without responding so please don't blame the pandemic for the backlog.
