Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The 45 CFR § 75.2 "cooperative agreement" between your agency and the Massachusetts Department Of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division within the time period of the last three (3) years as per 31 U.S. Code § 6305 entitled "Using cooperative agreements".

To support my request, I submit the following facts:
1. Pursuant to 42 U.S. Code § 654(3), entitled "State plan for child and spousal support", each State participating in SSA Title IV-D services must "provide for the establishment or designation of a single and separate organizational unit ... within the State to administer the plan".
2. Pursuant to "Audits And Financial Penalties", contained within Section 8 of the Federal Manual of Child Support Enforcement: "Audits are required at least every 3 years to determine whether the standards and requirements prescribed by law and regulations have been met by the child support program of every State."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
