Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a list of vulnerabilities, identified by CVE ID, that were determined to have been exploited by CISA KEV staff (e.g. Tod Beardsley & Elizabeth Cardona), that were not added to the Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog (https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog) for any reason during the fourth quarter of 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Can you please clarify the timeline of your request. Are you seeking records for fiscal (July 1 – September 30) or calendar (October 1 – December 31) year. This will change the date range of the 4th Quarter for 2023 and we want to ensure we are providing the correct records.
