This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. 5 U.S.C. § 552, et seq.

I hereby request a copy of any and all documents you may have in your possession concerning me, Tina L. Henderson, residing in New York, NY, date of birth 2/4/1961.

Please include copies of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other coordination, cooperation, or other resource or information sharing arrangements with federal, state or local agencies, specifically including but not limited to private security companies and public law enforcement agencies.

Please include all records under the Privacy Act as per DHS, Office of Intelligence & Analysis.

You may limit the scope of this request to documents generated between January 1, 2012 and the date of the processing of this request. If the most recent agreements (whether active or inactive) predate January 1, 2012, then I request a copy of the most recently applicable document.As you know, FOIA requires agencies to release information unless it is specifically exempt from disclosure, and also requires agencies to release all reasonably segregable nonexempt portions of documents, i.e., to redact exempt portions of documents and release the rest. See 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(8). In order to help to determine my status for purposes of determining the applicability of any fees, you should know that this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
