Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Printouts or electronic records showing all Detainee Reporting and Information Line calls for each ICE facility holding civil immigration detainees for 72 hours or longer during the months of January 2020 - December 2021.
2. Any record showing the total number of DRIL calls per facility for FY20-FY21.
3. Any record showing the total number of investigations (CRCL/OPR/OIG) opened based on DRIL calls during FY20-FY21.
4. All agency records pertaining to the ICE FOIA Office’s processing of the request assigned tracking number 2019-ICFO-38997.
5. ICE’s FOIA logs from FY20 and FY21.

Please note that this is a cloned request seeking records substantially similar to those provided by the agency in November 2021 pursuant to ICE FOIA request 2019-ICFO-38997.

I make this request on behalf of Al Otro Lado’s #DetentionKills Transparency Initiative.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
